but instead I kept on skating and I started writing songs.
Found my chosen family and a place that I belong.
And thirty years later I’m still going strong, but I still hate sixth grade.
You could say that sixth grade made me who I am today.
That the torture and torment somehow paved the way.
So thank you to the bullies and the assholes I thought were friends.
To this day I still pray that you get yours in the end.
